Booking Procedures:
Reservations must be booked through our WEBSITE or via email. If reservations are requested by email they must include the following information: Your contact name, your reference (if any), city name, hotel name, arrival date, number of nights, number and type of rooms and board required, guest names and ages of all children (if any). As soon as Top10ocio Ltd confirms a reservation (Off-Line/On Request) to the Client it is a definite booking and we do not require a reconfirmation from the Client. It is the Client’s responsibility to cancel this booking with Top10ocio Ltd. If Services are not cancelled the Client will incur charges accordingly (Please refer: Cancellations). We will not take action on any requests made over the phone and will not honour any rates you claim we have given to you over the phone.
Amendments must be done through our Website and only if that is not possible by e-mail, listing the same information as above, preceded by the Top10ocio Ltd. reference number and followed by your new requirements. If should it be necessary to send a “reminder” or chaser it must be clearly indicated as such, otherwise we may make a new booking and you will be responsible for any non-arrival charges incurred.
Special requests to hotels such as non-smoking, adjoining or interconnecting rooms, will be passed on but cannot always be confirmed or guaranteed (always depend of the availability of the hotel in the moment of the check-in). Please be aware that hotels are under renovation from time to time and we advise you on those we are made aware of. Hotels take all possible steps to limit disruption to their guests, however we will not accept requests for refunds or complaints if a Hotel is carrying out renovations that we are not aware of, nor if the work is not finished by the date informed.
In most hotels the normal check in time is 14h00 but in some countries, especially in the USA, it is not until 15h00 or even 16h00.
Double/Twin Room.
By definition Double Room has 1 bed to accommodate 2 adults. Twin room has 2 single beds to accommodate 2 adults. The Hotel may not have availability for what is requested upon booking and may offer whichever is available and that is only confirmed upon check-in.
Triple and Quad rooms
May consist of twin or double beds plus extra bed, or two double beds. Most hotels do not have one full size bed for each guest in their triple or quad rooms. Most of the hotels outside of Europe don’t have 3 (three) or 4 (four) beds in the room; usually they accommodate the Triple and Quad in a Double room with 2 King/Queen size beds.
Complaints must be reported to the hotel on the spot. We will not be liable for any compensation for a problem which could have been rectified during the client’s stay had the hotel been aware of it. We will not deal with any complaint received more than two weeks after the client checked out of
the hotel.
Bookings for more than 9 pax must be sent to us by email to our sales department, E-mail: top10ocio@gmail.com and will be considered as a group booking (supplements might apply).
All bookings are for rooms (with private bath or shower unless shown otherwise on the voucher) and might include meals (or room only) or other services such as events tickets or transfers as shown, service charges and government taxes. Some cities of some countries charge a small local
tax per person payable locally to the hotel. The client will be informed of such charges on the booking voucher.
Child supplements can only be added to the twin rate to obtain the price for a room with two adults and one child. The supplements will apply to children between the ages of 2-11 years (unless a different age range is specified). They only apply in twin or double rooms. Child supplements will not be available if the child is not specified at the time of booking and the hotel may charge for three adults in a triple room if this information is not supplied. Cots/cribs for babies are only suitable for those under 2 years and might have a supplement in some hotels.
Extra nights/Other supplements:
If extra nights or other supplements are needed the client must send the request by email and pay the supplement in the quoted currency by bank transfer or through credit card payment in advance once the extra night has been added to the booking and before the final booking can be confirmed. Cheques are not an acceptable form of payment.
We will provide our clients with their hotel and/or service vouchers which must indicate that the room (or room and breakfast as show in our confirmation) and/or services are fully paid and confirmed and include Top10ocio Ltd’s booking reference number. All extras incurred by clients
must be paid to the hotel before their departure.We will not pay hotels for a client’s personal hotel charges or extra luggage charge on Transfers.
For some hotels your voucher must state that payment is by our local agent, where our confirmation indicates the handling agent’s name, together with the handling agent’s own reference number which will also be in our confirmation.
Guests might be charged directly at rack rate if they fail to present a valid voucher. If travellers are arriving at different times, they must each carry their own voucher or at least a copy of the group’s booking voucher. They may also be charged direct if your voucher does not carry the booking
reference we have confirmed. Reservations will only be honoured if the name on the voucher corresponds exactly to the name on the confirmation.
Cancellations and Non-Arrivals:
All our bookings are non-refundable and some cannot be modified in any way and this is clearly identified at the time of booking so once your booking is confirmed it cannot be cancelled. We cannot accept any responsibility if these warnings are disregarded. However, only if it is otherwise stated on your voucher, you will be given cancellation deadlines and you will be informed of the cancellation costs. The responsibility for cancelling by the specified date will be yours. If you do not cancel in time you will be liable for full charges and will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking without further reference to you. For cancellation purposes clients are obliged to contact us by emailing bookings@top10ocio.com. Cancellations or non-arrivals will incur a 100% cancellation charge for the entire stay.
Changes to the name/s on the reservation or even booking dates might in some cases be possible but must be requested by emailing
bookings@top10ocio.com at least 10 days before check-in.
Top10ocio Ltd will confirm if changes are possible and make the necessary arrangements, issuing a new voucher with the new name/s or date/s and informing the Client if any charges apply.
General Information:
Whilst we believe all our supplier information and reports to be accurate we shall not be liable in any way to you nor to any third parties should any such information or reports prove to be incomplete in any way.
The type of breakfast (or any other meal) included in the rates, for each hotel, will be indicated at the time of booking.
All descriptions, representations, illustrations and other particulars supplied by Top10ocio Ltd. are given for general information only. Top10ocio Ltd. shall not be liable to the Client or any third party should the same prove to be incorrect or incomplete in any way.

The Client must carefully read all the terms and conditions of the booking once the booking confirmation is received to ensure that the voucher contains all the information needed such as type of room, number of nights, type of accommodation, etc. and that it is accurate.
The Client should ensure that all the documentation given accompanying the voucher (if any, ie. event tickets, transfer or car rental vouchers, etc.) is correct, being the responsibility of the Client to notify Top10ocio Ltd. of any inconsistency or mistake in time to be able to modify the booking.
Failing to do so, Top10ocio Ltd. will not be held responsible.
All bookings between us will be governed by European law. On receipt of your reservation requests we shall imply your consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the European Courts in all matters regarding each contract except to the extent that we invoke the jurisdiction of the courts of any
other country.
Data security:
Top10ocio Ltd. takes appropriate technical and organizational measures, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, to protect your personal data against illicit or accidental destruction, accidental alteration or loss, and unauthorized access or disclosure. To this end, we have taken technical measures (such as firewalls) and organizational measures (such as a user ID/password system, means of physical protection etc.).
We act only as an intermediary in making arrangements for hotels or any other services. As such we are not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage or other loss of expense of any nature whatsoever arising directly or indirectly our of any actions of hotels or any other company or person
providing or rendering services reserved through us.
Force Majeure:
Top10ocio Ltd. shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, not liable to the Company due to Top10ocio Ltd’s failure, delay or inability to fulfil any booking or performance of any obligation under these Terms & Conditions by reason of, included but not limited to, any fire, earthquake, flood, snowstorm, epidemic, explosion, strikes, riot, civil disturbance, war, act of God, any failure or delay of any transportation, power or communication system, non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors or any similar events which are beyond the control of Top10ocio Ltd
